C. Nelson Watson:

Nelson Watson is president of Watson Engineering, Inc. and has over 32 years of service in the process plant engineering/maintenance/vibration monitoring-analysis business.
As a registered Professional Engineer he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aero Engineering from Mississippi State University and an M.S.M.E. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where his major was in stress and vibration analysis. Watson is a certified Category III Vibration Specialist of the Vibration Institute.
He has worked with reputable companies such as Chevron Phillips Chemical, ExxonMobil Chemical Company, U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), Orion Refining Company, Union Carbide Corporation, Dow Chemical Company, Worthington Service Corporation and Dresser Industries.

Harold M. Rideau:

Harold Rideau has over 35 years experience in operations, maintenance and engineering with ExxonMobil Chemical Company. The last 20 years of his career have been devoted to vibration monitoring and diagnostics. Rideau has a Category III Vibration Specialist Certification issued by the National Vibration Institute. He has served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Baton Rouge Chapter for the past six years.
Harold has served as Assistant Professor in the mechanical Engineering Department at Southern University where he taught vibration analysis. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Education from Southern University.
